Recently, WinPower collaborated with Católica Lisbon School of Business and Economics, sponsoring a Strategic Management Consulting Project over four months. This partnership brought together a team of international postgraduate students who conducted a comprehensive market analysis to address the challenges and opportunities within a rapidly evolving and uncertain market environment.

The consulting project sought to provide a deeper understanding of how to navigate a dynamic and unpredictable market landscape. The team’s analysis highlighted strategies to optimize existing resources and offered innovative perspectives for decision-making under conditions of incomplete information.
