WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
- Law degree from a Portuguese university;
- Familiarity with EPC and O&M contractual frameworks, as well as the relevant tendering procedures;
- Experience in commercial, public and financial law is preferred;
- Solid knowledge of Portuguese contract law and commercial obligations;
- Knowledge of the Portuguese Public Contracts Code (CCP) and experience in public procurement procedures are valued;
- Ability to work in multidisciplinary and operational environments;
- Organised, analytical, proactive and solution-oriented profile;
- Experienced user of AI technologies;
- Good command of written and spoken English.
WHAT ROLE WILL YOU PLAY?
- Draft, review and negotiate a broad range of commercial agreements, including energy supply agreements, O&M service agreements, EPC contracts, subcontractor agreements and procurement contracts;
- Review and negotiate the legal wording of financial instruments;
- Prepare and coordinate the submission of tenders in compliance with the applicable legislation, whether Portuguese or otherwise;
- Ensure ongoing and strict compliance with all documentation, qualification and legal requirements;
- Represent WinPower and safeguard its legal interests before business partners, investors and public authorities.

WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
- Either with a Degree in Environmental Engineering, Safety Engineering or related field or certified as a Occupational Health and Safety Technician (TSST – Nível IV);
- Proven experience in Quality, Environment and/or Safety roles (preferential);
- Strong command of English (written and spoken);
- Technical knowledge of management systems (ISO 9001, 14001, etc);
- Ability to work in multidisciplinar and operational environments;
- Experience in preparing documentation such as PSS and environmental plans (preferential);
- Organized, proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
WHAT ROLE WILL YOU PLAY?
- Prepare and update Quality Plans, PSS and Environmental Management Plans;
- Monitor and manage non-conformities and improvement actions;
- Collect, analyse and report performance indicators (KPIs);
- Ensure proper organization and control of QAS documents;
- Identify environmental aspects and assess their impacts;
- Support audits (internal and external) and ensure compliance with applicable standards;
- Deliver training and awareness sessions on QAS topics to operational teams;
- Develop procedures, technical instructions and control documentation;
- Support site teams in implementing QAS requirements;
- Participate actively in the continuous improvement of management systems.

- A Degree in Computer Science, Data Science or related field;
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365: SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, Power Automate, Power Apps;

WHAT ROLE WILL YOU PLAY?
- Map, analyse, and automate manual internal processes including billing, invoicing, document management and reporting workflows. Use tools such as Microsoft Power Automate, Power Apps, and AI (agents) integrations to eliminate repetitive tasks and reduce operational friction across departments.
- Administer and optimise use of the Microsoft 365 suite: SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, and related tools. Build structured intranet pages, automate document flows and design collaborative workspaces to ensure the organisation is getting full value from its existing technology.
- Provide digital and analytical support to the energy solutions and energy transition project teams, helping with data collection, reporting automation, document management, and the integration of AI tools into project workflows where relevant.
- Connect internal data sources and build dashboards and reports that enable timely visibility into operational and commercial performance.
- Identify improvement opportunities together with the various departments and prioritise automation initiatives based on their expected return.

MISSION

One of the organization’s strategic goals is to provide an opportunity for engineers who want to participate in disruptive projects on the energy sector and build new opportunities within the WinPower Team, particularly in the fields of Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS), Substations, Grids, Renewable Energy projects and H2 plants.
WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
- Integrated Master or degree in Electrical Engineering – Energy sector;
- Minimum 2 years of experience as an Electrical Engineer;
- Some experience in energy facilities is valued: generation, distribution, transmission, storage, in design and sizing;
- Training in the Energy Sector, namely in Electrical Machines, Power Transformers, HV, MV and LV grids, electrical protections, general electrical installations, automation and instrumentation & command;
- Willingness to work in multidisciplinary teams in an operational environment;
- Documental organization and knowledge and ability to analyse and prepare project documents (technical notices, technical specifications, spreadsheets, electrical calculations, material lists, bill of quantities, evaluation of errors/omissions in third-party projects, etc.);
- Our preference is given to candidates with some knowledge of electrical calculation and technical drawing software (ETAP, PSS®SINCAL, Eplan, PVSyst, Autocad, etc.);
- Domain of Microsoft Office tools;
- Good level of writing and proficient use of word processing tools;
- Fluent in English (written and spoken);
- Availability for national and international travel.
WHAT ROLE WILL YOU PLAY?
- Identification of technical project goals and scope;
- Carry out the design of engineering solutions in the energy area, according to the requirements, customer specifications and applicable standards;
- Coordinate activities and milestones with the Project Manager/Department Manager to ensure efficient project management;
- Traveling to sites to supervise and follow up the activities and coordinate tasks and meetings at site;
- Carry out interventions on site according to the needs of the assembly or commissioning of projects and/or installations;
- Analyse the Client’s requirements and specifications to prepare offers and solutions in the energy sector;
- Prepare technical offers in collaboration with the Commercial Team and participate in the development of new solutions in the energy market.

- Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering;
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in the energy sector;
- Experience in energy facilities is valued: generation, distribution, transmission, storage. Renewable or fossil-based;
- Solid knowledge of project management processes, including contract negotiation and management (with clients and suppliers), budget control, human resources, quality management procedures and EHS measures;
- Strong planning skills and proficiency in MS Project;
- Excellent organizational and documental skills and strong writing ability and domain of text processing tools;
- Proactive, responsible, goal-oriented attitude and with a strong desire to meet stakeholders’ expectations;
- Strong communication skills, ability to plan and organize teams, defining suitable project strategies;
- Solid risk management skills;
- Fluent in English (written and spoken);
- Availability for national and international travels.
