WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

• Law degree from a Portuguese university;
• Familiarity with EPC and O&M contractual frameworks, as well as the relevant tendering procedures;
• Experience in commercial, public and financial law is preferred;
• Solid knowledge of Portuguese contract law and commercial obligations;
• Knowledge of the Portuguese Public Contracts Code (CCP) and experience in public procurement procedures are valued;
• Ability to work in multidisciplinary and operational environments;
• Organised, analytical, proactive and solution-oriented profile;
• Experienced user of AI technologies;
• Good command of written and spoken English.

WHAT ROLE WILL YOU PLAY?

• Draft, review and negotiate a broad range of commercial agreements, including energy supply agreements, O&M service agreements, EPC contracts, subcontractor agreements and procurement contracts;
• Review and negotiate the legal wording of financial instruments;
• Prepare and coordinate the submission of tenders in compliance with the applicable legislation, whether Portuguese or otherwise;
• Ensure ongoing and strict compliance with all documentation, qualification and legal requirements;
• Represent WinPower and safeguard its legal interests before business partners, investors and public authorities.

WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

• Either with a Degree in Environmental Engineering, Safety Engineering or related field or certified as a Occupational Health and Safety Technician (TSST – Nível IV);
• Proven experience in Quality, Environment and/or Safety roles (preferential);
• Strong command of English (written and spoken);
• Technical knowledge of management systems (ISO 9001, 14001, etc);
• Ability to work in multidisciplinar and operational environments;
• Experience in preparing documentation such as PSS and environmental plans (preferential);
• Organized, proactive and solution-oriented mindset;

WHAT ROLE WILL YOU PLAY?

• Prepare and update Quality Plans, PSS and Environmental Management Plans;
• Monitor and manage non-conformities and improvement actions;
• Collect, analyse and report performance indicators (KPIs);
• Ensure proper organization and control of QAS documents;
• Identify environmental aspects and assess their impacts;
• Support audits (internal and external) and ensure compliance with applicable standards;
• Deliver training and awareness sessions on QAS topics to operational teams;
• Develop procedures, technical instructions and control documentation;
• Support site teams in implementing QAS requirements;

  Participate actively in the continuous improvement of management systems.
