WinPower, S.A. took part in the Joint General Assembly of the four Hydrogen IPCEIs, held on November 6–7 in Rome, and was represented by Luís Mendes, CEO, and João Camões, Head of Hydrogen Business Unit.
The initiative brought together EU Member States, regulatory authorities and key industry stakeholders with the aim of strengthening cooperation and accelerating the development of a fully integrated European hydrogen ecosystem, promoting alignment between infrastructure, technology, regulation and sustainability.
As one of the Portuguese companies actively involved in the IPCEI Hy2Infra, WinPower is part of this collective effort to advance renewable hydrogen projects of strategic European interest, contributing to solutions that connect production, infrastructure and system integration.
Participation in this Joint General Assembly reinforces WinPower’s positioning within the European energy transition landscape and highlights the company’s contribution to establishing Portugal as a relevant player in the development of hydrogen at European level, in line with the European Union’s objectives for decarbonisation, energy security and industrial competitiveness.
