Power Plant Renovation

Wadadli Power Plant is the main electrical generation center of Antigua and Barbuda. However, it was in a state of total inoperability. As a result, the local government launched a public initiative to supervise the repair and refurbishment works that were required to put it back into operation – in an initial stage, at 50% of its nominal capacity.

At the same time, the public initiative also found the need to provide the Power Plant owner all the required support, advice, and guidance to implement the recovery, refurbishment, and re-commissioning of the Wadadli Power Plant.

Our Solution

WinPower provided the expertise and Technical Assistance (TA) for the supervision of the refurbishment, recovery works, and the commissioning of 3x generator sets, alongside their required auxiliary systems.
